If your order is incorrect or has a defect, We gladly accepts refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of the time you first received it, granted that the product(s) is in its original condition meaning that it is still unworn and unwashed and with tag. To initiate a refund or exchange process, simply reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram messages with your complaint and we will communicate it with the operations and shipping company.

Items purchased at one of our pop-up shops in bazaars and events can only be exchanged or refunded through our store, not through any online channel. 

If an item is exchanged or refunded upon customer preferences, product has to be new, unworn with tag and shipping fees will be incurred at time of return, other than first time paid already when order was delivered. In case of refund, second time shipping fees will be deducted from product amount. 

Jude reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any products that have visible signs of wear or tear. 

Upon receiving of any order, customer is urged to check the products received to make sure items are correct and without any defects as our quality assurance team does check all items yet due the normal but minimal percentage of error, urges us to let it be clear that if product has any problem, it has to be communicated within maximum 72 hours of receiving the order, otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund no matter the situation.
